The Krenson Group was formed shortly after its founder, John Krenson, returned from active duty serving in Afghanistan with the Army National Guard. He has spent 20 years in a variety of management positions including owning his own manufacturing firm. He has also served as an Army officer for nearly 20 years in a variety of command and staff positions.
His passion has always been pulling people together to achieve success. His career has been one of starting new departments or programs and more often than not being called into a problem situation be it stagnation or downright chaos to “fix and build”.
The war gave John a new perspective on life and he has committed himself to helping as many organizations as he can achieve bottom line success by helping their employees achieve success. That is a win-win situation that works.

Their organizational design and training curriculum experience of over 25 years provide excellent academic and theoretical depth to John’s real world experiences on the floor and in the board room.
