Introduction back to top

The Krenson Group takes a long term and comprehensive approach to assisting a client achieve and sustain high performance. This builds in accountability for results on both sides and maximizes one of our fundamental principles – frequency over time.

Employee Productivity Statistics
Consider this: the Gallup Organization surveys show that 54% of employees in the US workforce are NOT engaged in their work while 16% are ACTIVELY NOT engaged in their work. What does this cost YOU? The most conservative Gallup scenarios calculate lost productivity at $3,400 per $10,000 of salary.
That’s $6,800 for a disengaged worker paid $20,000 per year and $17,000 lost for a disengaged worker paid $50,000 salary.

Typically these employees cause the good ones to turn over which COSTS YOU an additional 0.41 times salary for a front line worker and 2.44 times salary for a manager (from The Corporate Leadership Council of the Corporate Executive Board).

This cost comes right off of your bottom line.

An Organization Has Two Systems back to top

Your organization basically has two systems. There is the technical system which consists of computers, equipment, engineering, etc. Then there is the social system which consists of people, work flow, processes, skills, etc. Just as some companies specialize on technical systems the Krenson Group specializes on the social system – your people. And just as you don’t hesitate to put in place preventive maintenance programs, upgrades, and repair for your technical systems so you shouldn’t hesitate to do the same for your social systems. And that is where the Krenson Group comes in.

The K-System back to top

We both know that problem solving or enhanced performance happens with long term solutions.

Our recommended approach is what we call the K-System. For one day per week or every other week or even just once per month for a period of time we become embedded within your organization conducting group training and offering in-house “office hours” to work in smaller groups or one-on-one with managers or other employees. You own us for a day on a regular basis. We call these “K-Days”. We get to know you and you get to know us. This allows both of us to develop real and long term solutions to keep your employees empowered and performing at their peak potential – fully engaged. And that adds to your bottom line.

Few companies truly invest in their people and organization but those that do know first hand that the payoff is a stronger work environment with stronger employees resulting in a stronger bottom line.
