You essentially hire and own us for a day for a period of time without the cost of our healthcare, payroll taxes, etc.
Here is an example of how K-Systems works. We agree on a series of programs to develop your employees as healthy individuals, as effective employees, and as high performance leaders. Together we develop a schedule that consists of K-Days over an agreed period of time. Your staff can mark the K-Day on their calendar. The morning begins with an intensive workshop. After lunch we are available to meet with your staff one-on-one or in small teams to address specific issues and ideas. Or you can use that time for assessments or other related consulting services or to train another group of employees it’s your time to use us as you wish.
