We have several principles that we follow. The bottom line is that we empower success through human and organization development. We believe that an organization’s employees are the only asset that can truly appreciate over time. But like with any other asset people rarely improve on their own. They need development and training. That is how organizations improve – one person at a time.

It is our firm belief that an organization is only as strong as its people are. And the bottom line usually reflects just that.Here is our approach:

  • Information must be gathered because knowledge is power. Too many times an organization treats symptoms because it hasn’t spent the necessary time discovering the roots of the problem. Just like in the military, an effective operation cannot be planned without the necessary and the right intelligence.

  • Frequency over time. Training cannot be fed to people with a fire hose! We believe in delivering training in bite sized digestible pieces. We believe this for two reasons. First, your employees are busy and their time is valuable. Our method of training in 3-4 hour modules gives them the opportunity to use the rest of their day for work. Second, the simple realities of human retention prove that much more than a few hours of training per day becomes wasted time.

  • Workshops mean work. We do not put on pep rallies that result in faded enthusiasm within days and with no tangible benefits. Our workshops and training DO captivate our participants while making them role up their sleeves to work. Our programs are full of exercises that make them think and guide them to decisions about themselves and their work. Each session has tangible results and deliverables.

  • Long term results happen with long term solutions. We believe in effective long term relationships with our clients. Again we do not use a fire hose approach of coming in and pumping and dousing you with information to leave town and the embers still smoldering. We have developed the K-System where we come in and provide training combined with regular availability to your staff to consult and discuss problems and solutions. We get to know you from the inside and we are there with you and for you. The K-System also holds us accountable for results.
